What is partner pricing and how do i get it?
Partner Pricing is a discount applied to all items you purchase from TA Industrial. A collaborative relationship is the key to establishing Partner Pricing
Is there a charge for your services?
No. Our standard support services are included at no extra charge.
What is Guaranteed Inventory?
You cannot afford to run out of items that are critical to your process but do not want to stock 6 months supply. We can provide just in time inventory through our Guaranteed Inventory Service. Ask us how.
What are your typical lead times?
We stock thousands of items for same day shipment. Items we order in will depend on the manufacturers lead time.
Do you accept returns?
It depends on the item, contact us for an RGA. If it is returnable you must have an RGA or credit will not be issued. Returns are subject to restocking fees and freight will not be refunded.
What warranties do you offer?
Warranties are specified by the manufacturer of the product.
How do I handle freight claims?
Contact the carrier with your specific shipment information. We cannot submit the claim for you.
What are your payment terms?
Credit cards are accepted. Open accounts are available with approved credit. Submit a complete credit app to get the process started.
